1.THE POLL

I ran a simple LinkedIn poll: “Have you ever tried ChatGPT?”

Data from TOMMY NGUYEN

276 people voted, & the results felt like a clean read on where we are.

❎ 46% said Yes.

❌ 30% said No.

❎ 20% said Will try.

❌ 4% said Don’t know.

Half the room is already inside. Half the room is still at the door. That door is the story.

2.MECHANISM 🌸

When ChatGPT stays as a curiosity, it becomes noise. When it becomes a workflow, it becomes leverage.

So adoption rarely fails at the tool level. It fails at the operating level.

People try once, get an “okay” output, then stop.

The missing piece is a small loop that is repeatable. Here is the loop that turns “Will try” into “Daily”.

➡️ Pick one repeated job. Choose something you do every week: a campaign brief, a research summary, an insight outline, a post draft, a meeting recap.

➡️ Set one quality bar. Decide what “good” means for you: clearer structure, faster first draft, more angles, fewer blind spots.

➡️ Set one guardrail. Keep ownership of what matters: final claims, numbers, legal risk, and brand voice.

➡️ Save one template. Your first real win is not the output. It is the prompt you can reuse.

This is how AI stops being entertainment and starts being a system.

3. POV 🤭

If you are in the 46%, the next level is not more prompts. The next level is one workflow your team can repeat without you.

If you are in the 20%, make the entry small. Choose one weekly job and run this loop for seven days.
